YMCMB rapper Mack Maine (Jermaine Preyan) surrendered to Oklahoma City Police today to face the charges of Aggravated Assault and Battery and Sexual Assault. According to court records, Mack Maine's attorney, Oklahoman, Tony Coleman, filed a not guilty plea on behalf of the rapper on Friday, September 16, 2013. The rapper then turned himself into the Oklahoma County Jail where he was held on a $9000 bond until some time in the late afternoon.
As of now, a court date nor any other motions have been filed on behalf of Mack Maine, his attorney or the State of Oklahoma. Mack Maine is now free on bail.
